Inside our Activity Centre you’ll find our 400-seater Café, serving scrumptious hot meals, ice cream, drinks, and snacks that will suit the whole family. Sit back and enjoy lunch with the family, or mum and dad can catch up with friends over coffee while the little ones play. We have gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options available.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Wednesday to Sunday from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, and until 4.00pm during the winter in our Adventure Park. Open 7 days during local school holidays.
What times are your Activity Centre play sessions?
They are from 9:30 am, 11:30am, 1:30 am and 3:30 pm and each session is 90 minutes.
Can I buy tickets when I arrive?
All tickets should be pre-booked on our website www.conifox.co.uk.
What ages are your activities suitable for?
Our Activity Centre large soft play frame is for ages 4 to 12 years, with our small toddler area for ages 1 to 3 years. The outdoor Adventure Park is suitable for all ages.
Do you offer any Blue Light, NHS carers or disability discounts?
Seniors 65+ and Carers tickets are available for our outdoor Adventure Park, however we do not offer any discounts for our indoor Activity Centre. Off-peak ticket prices are available from Wednesday to Friday at a reduced rate for both activity areas. We currently do not offer any discounts for our events.
Is the outdoor Adventure Park included in my Activity Centre ticket?
No, however, we offer 30% discount when these are purchased together online or added during your visit. This is only valid when booking an Activity Centre ticket.
Can I change my tickets?
If you are unable to attend your allotted date and session time please email adventurepark@conifox.co.uk or call us on 0131 333 1444 with your reference number and details and we can move these to a suitable date. This must to prior to your booking date and time.
If I can no longer come for my visit, can I get a refund?
Although we cannot give refunds, we can offer to move your tickets to another suitable date or issue a gift voucher to use throughout the business. This must be prior to your booking date and time.
Can I buy a membership?
We only offer corporate memberships.
How can I redeem a corporate membership?
When booking online, please select the corporate membership ticket option which allows access to the Adventure Park only. The card should also be produced at our main reception desk upon arrival.
How can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be used for all Conifox facilities including events and are available to purchase here. Send a virtual gift card with either a written message or why not record a personalised video!
How can I redeem a gift card?
Please enter your gift card number at our online checkout.
How can I book a party?
A party date can be reserved using our online booking system. Further details of our party packages can be found on our Party page.
What if I am late for my play session?
Don’t worry, entry into the session is still available or we can try our best to move your tickets to the next available session time. Please note your session ticket cannot be extended.
Do you accept cash payments?
We are a cash free site, accepting only card payments for tickets, food and drink.
Do I have to pay an adult ticket if I am sitting in the soft play area?
Yes, as this is a ticketed area all adults require a ticket for entry with each child and we encourage parents join in the fun and supervise their child.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, we have our Conifox Café located inside the Activity Centre offering both hot and cold food, drinks and snacks to either sit in or eat outside for Park ticket holders. Check out our Conifox Café menu
Do I have to pay to sit in the Conifox Café?
No, visitors are welcome to enjoy our Café area at any time.
What time does the Café close?
Our Café closes at 4:30 pm.
Can I bring my own food?
Picnics are welcomed outside in the Park area, however, only food bought at our Café should be consumed indoors.
Are dogs allowed?
Only guidance dogs are allowed on the premises and owners must show relevant documentation. Dogs must be registered with the ADI or IGDF schedule, alternatively you can provide us with an AD UK logbook and display the relevant labelled collar, lead, or harness.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have ample parking spaces on site at no extra charge. Disabled parking facilities are located at the front of the car park.
Do you have any car charging points?
We don’t offer this facility at present.
If the weather changes outside, can I swap my tickets for the Activity Centre?
We do not offer exchanges for other facilities, please ensure you dress for outdoor weather before arriving and you are welcome to use our Café.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, we have ample baby changing areas both in our toilet areas and also in our dedicated Parenting Room where you can also warm bottles or have privacy to feed if you wish.
Do you give raffle prizes?
We do try and help as many good causes as possible, however we only offer prizes to places of education and registered charities within a 15 mile radius. Please email us with full details at adventurepark@conifox.co.uk
