Family Run for Family Fun

Conifox Adventure Park – one of Scotland’s largest family visitor attractions. We first opened our outdoor Adventure Park in 2017 on the site of what had previously been a family run tree nursery, Conifox Nurseries.

Founded and run by James Gammell and inspired by his young family, wife Deborah, daughter Catherine and son James, the idea behind Conifox Adventure Park was to be a place for families to come and enjoy a fun-filled day out, bringing together play, events and local Scottish food and beverage, making long-lasting family memories.

The concept has proved to be a success drawing in upwards of 250,000 visitors a year from throughout Scotland and the UK.

Following continual investment the 35-acre site outside Edinburgh now houses the Adventure Park, an indoor Activity Centre comprising a 400 seat Café, Birthday Party Rooms, Function Suite and multiple bars.

In addition to our play offering Conifox hosts a range of family orientated events such as our Christmas Experience, Halloween and Fireworks nights, Easter Festival and, FoxFest, our family music festival featuring popular tribute acts that kids and families alike enjoy!

Awards

striving for excellence

In 2022 Conifox wowed the world with achieving a Guinness World Record for the worlds Longest Inflatable Obstacle Course at an astonishing length of 568 metres.

We were also honoured to be awarded the Best Event 2024 from the National Farm Attractions Network.

a helping hand

Conifox supports many local charities that are close to our hearts, raising upwards of £30k for the likes of Children Hospices Across Scotland and Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity to name a couple and with events like our Heroes Weekend we raise awareness of the vital jobs that our emergency services and military personnel carry out to keep us safe, every single day.
